May 6, 2008 : The Love Twins starred in this movie last year called Flesh Hunter 10 ... they were even featured on the box cover of this movie. This movie, Flesh Hunter 10 has just won an XRCO award for the Best Gonzo Release of 2007. XRCO for those that don't know stand for the X Rated Critics Organization. This was the 24th year of the awards show for XRCO.

February 06, 2008 : I was so excited today when I had heard that The Love Twins would be appearing at Al's Diamond Cabaret from February 21st to the 23rd. If you remember, Al's Diamond Cabaret in Reading, PA was the place where porn star Devon got her start. So I found it very interesting that this would be the place The Love Twins would make their feature dancing debut, as prior to this day the girls had never featured performed before.

I made some phone calls and although the people from Al's Diamond Cabaret said it was true, that the girls would be there on and perform their show at 9 pm, 11 pm and 1 am on February 21, 22 and 23, The Love Twins themself (Lacey Love to be exact), The Love Twins management company and their booking agent said it wasn't true. Their manager went on to say that it couldn't possibly be true because during those exact days the girls will be on location in LA making a new movie, some 3000 miles away. So ya, not true. Sorry to disappoint you. :(

We are not sure why Al's Diamond Cabaret of Reading, PA is advertising the girls will be appearing there but until I asked them about it, they had not ever even heard of this place, let alone had plans to dance there. The girls said they have not ruled out one day having one of those fancy membership sites with all the videos and hoopla but for now they like doing their own thing. Lacey Love told me directly that she has nothing against this establishment, that the advertisement was probably just some kind of mix up.

Al's Diamond Cabaret responds ....

This is Lary Al's web designer & MySpace guy. We want to apologize for any confusion we may have caused, it was purely unintentional. If you are not familiar with us, we have been one of the top clubs on the East Coast for many-many years, we have won numberous AVN awards and have major features and big porn stars weekly. When I got the feature list for February, I saw "The Love Twins" - I didn't think anything of it, but when I got the pictures for the website earlier this week, I called the GM to let him know we may have a problem - since the picture I was sent was two Blonde girls, not "The Love Twins".

So we found out the girls were not falsely representing themselves the love twins, they really didn't have a stage name they were going by, so someone came up with the name Love Twins, who was not familiar with you two. So if you called the club, they were saying yes the Love Twins would be there and we were listing it on the website, and I guess someone in Philly who plug what features will be in the area pickup our listing, then posted it with your pics. Obviously as soon as we found out the error, we pulled everything. And once again we offer our most sincere apology. We have build a great rep in the industry and would never do anything like this on purpose.

Hope this clears up what happened, and if you ever do features, we'd love to have you here.

January 19, 2008 : What makes the Love Twins different than all the other porn stars out there? Well quite a few things but specifically the fact that unlike other porn stars who hire out some company to run them a website when they get famous, Lacey and Lyndsey Love decided to run their own. The Love Twins stated they want to feel a closer connection with their fans and by running their own website they can do that. December 22, 2007 : The Love Twins top the sales charts! It's not surprise to me that the girls would have not one or two but THREE hot movies out this month. If you remember, their very first movie ever (TWO HOT) rated AAAA 1/2 from AVN and received award nominations. How many girls can say they are so good their first movie ever had that?

Well years later, the girls are only getting better and they have not one or two but three chart topping movies out! According to AVN, Top 100 DVD Sales chart (for the month of December 2007, THE DOLL HOUSE 2 featuring the Love Twins is in the top 10 (#9 as of this posting). But that's not all .... According to AVN's list of Top 50 Sales and Rentals for the week ending 12/21/2007, FLESH HUNTER 10 featuring the Love Twins is #5 and shockingly enough, that's not all! AVN's charts also list WHERE THE BOYS AREN'T 18 as one of the top VOD downloads for the month of December 2007.

December 15, 2007 : The girls have had an extremly busy year and next year is going to be even bigger and more crazy for Lacey and Lyndsey. Since the girls left the loving arms of Vivid they have had all kinds of crazy offers thrown at them for things like Magazine photo shoots, radio interviews, adult movies, party hosting, invitations to red carpet events and even offers to be a part of a few books. The girls however don't take every offer that comes their way ... they instead chose to stay focused on completing their education which rumor has will be complete very soon. For now the girls continue to work only about 1 week a month however even with that limited work schedule they have done more this way than the entire time they were at Vivid.

2008 promises to be a banner year for the girls with a large number of movies scheduled for release featuring the girls as well as the release of their soon to be announced official website (or so says the rumor mill) ... their site is rumored to be unlike the normal porn star official sites out there ... the girls have opted to keep their website very small and personal. I don't really know a lot about it, everyone seems to be tight lipped about it but I did get the girls to tell me about a game their site will feature caleld Lacey or Lyndsey in which fans get to guess who is who. Sounds fun. :)

October 11, 2007 : There have been some rumors about one of the Love Twins (Lacey to be exact) being almost killed in a horrible car accident recently. This is actually not the case. Both of the girls are fine and neither of them were in a wreck. The rumor stems from a story that took place on June 14, 2006 in Cleveland, Ohio where Kevin, the long time boyfriend of Lacey Love (the two have been dating 7 years and 7 months as of this posting), was in a horrible car accident, however neither of the girls were in the car with him. Boyfriend Kevin was later charged with a DUI and vehicular homicide and is now serving a 13 year sentence. Yes boys, that means poor Lacey is all alone now. ^^

September 30, 2007 : The Love Twins are blonde no more! Well at least "for now". The girls are now sporting a darker, sexier look. Besides the brunette locks, they also seem to have darker tans. This new look seems to go with their new work ... since the girls have departed from Vivid they have worked non stop, making tons of movies and doing magazine interviews. Most of those won't come out for awhile but for now we can at least look forward to all the good things the girls have been working on that will be coming out in the next year.

May 5, 2007 : During the making of the Twins' new movie "Double Jeopardy", Lacey revealed they recently signed another contract with Vivid. So we have the girls for another year. =)

April 27, 2007 : I was reading an article today on another starlet's awards and I realized I never posted what the girls have won. Considering the fact that an average of 400 feature films are released each year, it really says something that the Love Twins have their very first film they ever made nominated for an award. The Love Twins were first recognized for their talents in 2006 when their first movie TWO HOT, was given an AVN awards nomination (best sex comedy). Although they didn't win they got nominated again TWICE in 2007! In 2007 AVN nominated them for True Hollywood Twins ... Best Sex Comedy category and Best Group Sex Scene (film). Saddly they didn't win either of those awards either but you know what they say ... it is truly an honor just to be nominated and hopefully next year the girls will take home the prize.

April 2006 : On Easter Sunday of 2006 the Love Twins arrived on set for shooting of their newest film "The Alphabet" where they perform sexual acts in alphabetical order.

The setting was a four-bedroom, five-bath, 5,000-square-foot, stone-and-brick mansion in Encino, Califnornia. The Love Twins and their fellow co-stars arrived with a large film crew, many of its members covered in tattoos and that's when things went wrong. Outraged neighbors called the city seeking to halt the porn shoot. Their official complaint was about the traffic congestion and sidewalks swarming with production crews but in reality it was less about the traffic and more about the scantily clad women.

Brooke, 22, a tall, skinny blonde who got rid of her last name long ago, costarred alongside the twins -- Lacey and Lyndsey Love -- in Vivid's "The Alphabet" and doesn't understand why residents got so worked up. "I'm a human being, and I don't see what the big deal is," she said. "The person in the next house should get a life, because we're shooting inside and it doesn't harm them. It was just a normal day. I did what I had to do and went home and had dinner with my family."

Although the shoot was completely legal with Vivid having all officially required legal permits and completed on schedule, the house was eventually flagged by LA county officials as overused, with too many productions shot there in too short of a time and they do not plan to issue any more permits for use of the house for the time being.

August 24, 2005 : The girls made their first appereance on the Howard Stern Show today. The segment was called "Double the Pleasure". During the show the girls revealed that nobody in their family knows what they do for a living. Their mother thinks they’re lingerie models, while their father is under the impression they’re just college students working toward their associate degrees. What really scares the sisters, however, is the reaction their grandmother, who is a strict Catholic, will have. Lacey felt all their relatives will stop talking to them once they find out what they do. However most revealing was that both girls said admitted they have never had an orgasm through sex, and that they don’t masturbate. They also said that before they got into porn they each had had sex with only two guys.
